Join the Family Mediation Committee

We're growing our committee at Family Mediation Jersey, and we're looking for people who want to be part of something that genuinely matters.

As a registered charity, we support families across Jersey through some of the hardest moments they'll ever face, such as separation, divorce, and family breakdown.

We help them find a way through it without the courts, without the conflict escalating, and with their children's well-being kept front and centre. It's quiet, important work, and the difference it makes to families on this island is real.

We'd love to hear from people with a background in finance, marketing, business development, family law, or operations.

We're also looking for someone ready to take on a leading role on the Committee, with the experience and drive to help shape where this charity goes next.
