How much does mediation cost?
Support that is financially manageable
At Family Mediation Jersey (FMJ), we aim to make mediation a more affordable and accessible alternative to court proceedings. All initial individual meetings, as well as child-inclusive mediation sessions, are offered free of charge. This gives us the opportunity to understand your situation, explain how we can help, and ensure we're the right fit for your needs before you commit to the mediation process.
Fees
Mediation sessions are charged on a sliding scale based on each client’s net income, ensuring fees are fair and reflective of individual financial circumstances. We’re committed to supporting families through challenging times in a way that is both effective and financially manageable.

To keep the service running smoothly, we kindly ask that any cancellations are made with at least 24 hours’ notice.
