How much does mediation cost?
Support that is effective and financially manageable
At Family Mediation Jersey (FMJ), we aim to make mediation a more affordable and accessible alternative to court proceedings. All initial individual meetings, as well as child-inclusive mediation sessions, are offered free of charge. Mediation sessions are charged on a sliding scale based on each client’s net income, ensuring fees are fair and reflective of individual financial circumstances. We’re committed to supporting families through challenging times in a way that is both effective and financially manageable.

Terms & conditions
To keep the service running smoothly, we kindly ask that any cancellations are made with at least 24 hours’ notice. A fee of up to £50 may apply for late cancellations.
